Here's a thought - YOU handle the things where your daughter wants you to go, and HE handles the things where she feels comfortable with him. It's this cool thing called "shared responsibility.:

I don't know, maybe not every single thing is a joint venture, but also maybe not every single thing is one-sided.

For example, one parent handles the pediatrician and another the dentist?

One handles shopping for school clothes and the other school supplies like notebooks and pens?

Is it that difficult to figure out what I mean by shared?

Is it that difficult to share in your kids' lives?
