Surely you have seen the news by now of a startling bridge collapse in the early hours of January 28 in Pittsburgh, PA. Twisted metal and concrete left a mangled mess at the bottom of a park ravine on Forbes Avenue, an artery connecting the Squirrel Hill/Regent Square neighborhoods of Pittsburgh with the downtown district.
