Let me restate: For every $1.00 a man makes, a woman makes 84 cents.
That fact is documented everywhere, all the time.
There's no elephant in the room that divorced couples can be angry and vindictive; both parties are capable of vitriol. What's clear here is that the evidence stacks up that when it comes to both finance and time spent, it's far more often that men feel as though they should hang on to more of both and that women should figure out the bulk of children's needs with less of a contribution from fathers.
This isn't universal, but all research shows it's pretty frequent.
