Thanks, Melodie. I appreciate your clarification. It was a heavy, emotionally abusive relationship throughout. What I thought was love...was not. I am happily successful now, and building strong relationships. It's sometimes difficult to watch as he builds another relationship with a weak(er) person who relies on him the way I thought I did. I so want to reach out to her and warn her, but I doubt it would go over well.

You are so right that if it's not 50/50, it may as well be 0.
